DS1100M-100 Overview


In order to ensure cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. By using the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As its mounting method, Through Hole is used. The operating temperature of this unit is -40°C~85°C. Taps and steps are configured with 5. The terminals are placed at DUAL. It is equipped with 8 terminations for unique configuration. During operation, 5V is supplied with a voltage. As its logic type, SILICON DELAY LINE is used. It is developed based on the advanced CMOS technology.
