DS1100LZ-60+T Overview
A cost-effective package is used by using Tape & Reel (TR). In applications requiring insulating hardware, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is able to eliminate the need for this. This is due to the supply voltage of 3V~3.6V, which ensures reliable performance. The technique of Surface Mount is employed as its mounting type. It features -40°C~85°C operating temperature. As configured, it has taps and steps of 5. For a variety of applications, it is universally preferred to use parts with the same base part number DS1100L.
