DS1100LZ-60+ Overview


Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tube. With the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 3V~3.6V. It is mounted using the technique of Surface Mount. The operating temperature of this unit is -40°C~85°C. There are 5 taps and steps configured for it. The use of multiple related parts with the same base part number DS1100L is universally preferred for a wide variety of applications. The device is placed at the location of the terminals at DUAL. A unique configuration is possible with the 8 terminations. The supply voltage of 3.3V is provided when operating. SILICON DELAY LINE is used as its logic type. Based on the advanced CMOS technology, it has been developed. Delay Lines provides all the benefits of its subcategory. Providing it with a minimum supply voltage of 3V is acceptable. With a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V, it is acceptable to operate it. In Surface Mount, it is mounted.
