DS1100LZ-60 Overview


The product is packaged using Tube in order to maximize its cost-effectiveness. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. The supply voltage of 3V~3.6V makes reliable performance possible. It is mounted using the technique of Surface Mount. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of -40°C~85°C. The device is configured with 5 taps/steps. For a variety of applications, it is universally preferred to use parts with the same base part number DS1100L. DUAL is the position of the terminals. Several terminations are provided for unique configurations, including a 8 termination. When operating, 3.3V receives a supply voltage. SILICON DELAY LINE is used as its logic type. This technology was developed due to the advancement in CMOS technology. It provides all benefits of the subcategory of Delay Lines. With the minimum supply voltage of 3V, it is acceptable for it to operate. Providing a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V is acceptable. The power supply of 3.3V is designed so that it can operate in a flexible manner.
