DS1100LZ-500+T Overview


The product is packaged using Tape & Reel (TR) in order to maximize its cost-effectiveness. By using the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 3V~3.6V. As a mounting technique, Surface Mount has been used. There is an operating temperature of -40°C~85°C. It is configured with 5 taps/steps. For a wide range of applications, related parts with the same base part number DS1100L are universally preferred. There are two terminals at DUAL. A unique configuration is possible with the 8 terminations. In order to operate, a voltage supply of 3.3V is provided. This technology was developed due to the advancement in CMOS technology. It provides all of the advantages associated with the subcategory of Delay Lines. Surface Mount is mounted in the way. In certain applications, it is operated with a supply voltage of 3.3V.
