DS1100LZ-500+ Overview


The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Tube. Using the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 3V~3.6V. It is mounted using the Surface Mount technique. It features -40°C~85°C operating temperature. The device is configured with 5 taps/steps. Several parts with the same base part number DS1100L are universally preferred for a variety of applications. The device is placed at the location of the terminals at DUAL. A unique configuration is possible with the 8 terminations. When the device is operating, it is supplied with a voltage of 3.3V. As a logic type, it uses SILICON DELAY LINE. A state-of-the-art CMOS technology is used in its development. As a result, it provides all the benefits of the subcategory of Delay Lines. It can operate with a minimum supply voltage of 3V. With a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V, it is acceptable for it to operate. It is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.
