DS1100LZ-500 Overview


For cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. By utilizing the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, applications do not require additional insulating hardware. In order to ensure reliable performance, 3V~3.6V is supplied with a voltage. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. The operating temperature of this unit is -40°C~85°C. There are 5 taps and steps configured for it. The use of multiple related parts with the same base part number DS1100L is universally preferred for a wide variety of applications. There are two terminals at DUAL. As a result, it is equipped with 8 terminations for unique configurations. When the device is operating, the supply voltage of 3.3V is provided.
