DS1100LZ-40 Overview
In order to minimize costs, Tube is used to package it. Using the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. In order to ensure reliable performance, 3V~3.6V is supplied with a voltage. As its mounting type, Surface Mount is used. It operates at a temperature of -40°C~85°C. The device is configured with 5 taps/steps. For a variety of applications, it is universally preferred to use parts with the same base part number DS1100L. Its logic type is SILICON DELAY LINE. A Surface Mount mounting is used. For certain applications, the device operates with a supply voltage of 3.3V.
