DS1100LZ-300 Overview


For cost-effective packaging, Tube is used. Using the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. Reliable performance is ensured by the supply voltage of 3V~3.6V. As the mounting method, the Surface Mount technique is used. A temperature range of -40°C~85°C is available. As configured, it has taps and steps of 5. For a wide range of applications, related parts with the same base part number DS1100L are universally preferred. There are two terminals at DUAL. For a unique configuration, it is equipped with 8 terminations. When the device is operating, the supply voltage of 3.3V is provided. Its logic type is SILICON DELAY LINE. This technology was developed as a result of the advanced CMOS technology. It provides all of the advantages associated with the subcategory of Delay Lines.
