DS1100LZ-250+ Overview


The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Tube. 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages eliminate the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. Reliable performance is ensured by the supply voltage of 3V~3.6V. As a mounting technique, Surface Mount has been used. The operating temperature is -40°C~85°C. A 5 tap/step configuration is provided. A number of related parts with the same base part number DS1100L are universally preferred for a wide range of applications. At DUAL, the terminals are located. As part of its unique configuration, it is equipped with 8 terminations. When the device is operating, it is supplied with a voltage of 3.3V. A logic type of SILICON DELAY LINE is used. It is developed based on the advanced CMOS technology. As a result, it provides all the benefits of the subcategory of Delay Lines. With the minimum supply voltage of 3V, it is acceptable for it to operate. If the maximum supply voltage is 3.6V, the system should be able to operate. Mounted in the way of Surface Mount. This device is designed with 8 pins arrangement. For specific applications, the supply voltage is 3.3V.
