DS1100LZ-20/T+MOT Overview


A cost-effective package is used by using Tape & Reel (TR). With the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. Providing reliable performance requires a voltage supply of 3V~3.6V. As the mounting method, the Surface Mount technique is used. It operates at a temperature of -40°C~85°C. It is configured with 5 taps/steps. The use of multiple related parts with the same base part number DS1100L is universally preferred for a wide variety of applications. At DUAL are the terminals. As a result, it is equipped with 8 terminations for unique configurations. When operating, a voltage of 3.3V is provided. It uses SILICON DELAY LINE as a logic type. This technology was developed as a result of the advanced CMOS technology. A minimum supply voltage of 3V is acceptable for its operation. Providing a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V is acceptable.
