DS1100LZ-20 Overview


Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tube. In applications requiring insulating hardware, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is able to eliminate the need for this. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 3V~3.6V. In order to mount this device, the technique of Surface Mount is used. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of -40°C~85°C. As configured, it has taps and steps of 5. The use of related parts with the same base part number DS1100L is universally preferred for a wide range of applications. The device is placed at the location of the terminals at DUAL. As part of its unique configuration, it is equipped with 8 terminations. When the device is operating, the supply voltage of 3.3V is provided. A logic type of SILICON DELAY LINE is used.
