DS1100LZ-150+T Overview
As a cost-effective packaging method, Tape & Reel (TR) is used. By using the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. This is due to the supply voltage of 3V~3.6V, which ensures reliable performance. As a mounting method, the technique Surface Mount is used. The operating temperature is -40°C~85°C. The device has been configured with 5 taps and steps. For a variety of applications, it is universally preferred to use parts with the same base part number DS1100L. Terminals are located at DUAL.
