It is packaged using Tube for cost-effectiveness. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. Providing reliable performance is made possible by the supply voltage of 3V~3.6V. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of -40°C~85°C.
