DS1089LU-140+ Overview


Tube-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package. Clock is designed as this clock generator's input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 66MHz Max. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. There are 2.7V~3.6V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. This electronic component can be classified into Clock Generator. The frequency generator is equipped with 8 pins. PLL clock can handle a voltage of 3.3V as its supply voltage. EconOscillator? series electronic parts are used in this part. At a frequency of 66.6MHz, the system can achieve high efficiency. In order to obtain a load capacitance of 50pF, the PLL is capable of generating a large voltage.
