DS1085LZ-5+ Overview


It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 8 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. This clock generator receives its inputs from Clock, which is designed to be the clock source. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. There is a maximum frequency of 66MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel.
