DS1045S-3 Overview
The product is packaged using Tube in order to maximize its cost-effectiveness. By using the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. It is possible to achieve reliable performance with 4.75V~5.25V due to the supply voltage. As a mounting method, the technique Surface Mount is used. The device features an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C. Taps and steps are configured with 16. Terminals are located at DUAL. The terminations are provided with 16 for a unique configuration. The supply voltage of 5V is provided when operating. As its logic type, SILICON DELAY LINE is used. Based on advanced CMOS technology, it has been developed. It is acceptable to operate with a minimum supply voltage of 4.75V. As part of the CMOS/TTL family, there are several active components.
