DS1044R-20 Overview


For cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. In applications requiring additional insulation, the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package can be used instead. Providing reliable performance is made possible by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As the mounting method, the Surface Mount technique is used. The operating temperature is 0°C~70°C.
