As a cost-effective packaging method, Tube is used. By utilizing the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, applications do not require additional insulating hardware. The supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V ensures reliable performance. The technique of Surface Mount is employed as its mounting type. There is an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C. The device is configured with 1 taps/steps. Terminals are located at DUAL. As part of its unique configuration, it is equipped with 14 terminations. In order to operate, a voltage supply of 5V is provided. A logic type of SILICON DELAY LINE is used. It was developed using advanced CMOS technology. Providing a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V is acceptable. The CMOS family contains a significant amount of CMOS.
