DS1040Z-B40 Overview
In order to ensure cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. With the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, additional insulation hardware is no longer required. Reliable performance is ensured by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. There is an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C. As a result, it is configured with 5 taps/steps. The device is placed at the location of the terminals at DUAL. The system is equipped with 8 terminations for a unique configuration. In order to operate, a voltage supply of 5V is provided. A logic type of PULSE GENERATOR DELAY LINE is used. This technology was developed as a result of the advanced CMOS technology. There are a number of active components within the CMOS/TTL family.
