DS1040Z-B40+ Overview
For cost-effective packaging, Tube is used. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. As a result of the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, reliable performance is possible. The technique of Surface Mount is employed as its mounting type. The operating temperature of this unit is 0°C~70°C. 5 taps/steps are configured. Terminals are located at DUAL. As a result, it is equipped with 8 terminations for unique configurations. In order to operate, a voltage supply of 5V is provided. As a logic type, it uses PULSE GENERATOR DELAY LINE. Based on the advanced CMOS technology, it has been developed.
