DS1040Z-100 Overview
Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tube. By utilizing the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, applications do not require additional insulating hardware. The supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V makes reliable performance possible. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. The operating temperature is 0°C~70°C. A 5 tap/step configuration is provided. It is placed at DUAL where the terminals are located. As part of its unique configuration, it is equipped with 8 terminations. In order to operate, a voltage supply of 5V is provided. It uses PULSE GENERATOR DELAY LINE as a logic type. Based on the advanced CMOS technology, it has been developed. As part of the CMOS/TTL family, there are several active components.
