DS1040Z-100+ Overview


In order to minimize costs, Tube is used to package it. With the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. The supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V makes reliable performance possible. It is mounted using the technique of Surface Mount. In addition, it is equipped with 0°C~70°C operating temperature. It is configured with 5 taps/steps. For a variety of applications, it is universally preferred to use parts with the same base part number DS1040. Terminals are located at DUAL. It is equipped with 8 terminations for unique configuration. When operating, a voltage of 5V is provided. As its logic type, PULSE GENERATOR DELAY LINE is used. Developed on the basis of advanced CMOS technology. It provides all benefits of the subcategory of Delay Lines. The power supply of 5V is designed so that it can operate in a flexible manner. In the family of CMOS/TTL, this is an important active component.
