DS1033Z-20 Overview


For cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. In applications requiring additional insulation, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package can be used instead. The supply voltage of 2.7V~3.6V makes reliable performance possible. It is mounted using the technique of Surface Mount. 1 taps/steps are configured. At DUAL are the terminals. The system is equipped with 8 terminations for a unique configuration. When operating, a voltage of 3.3V is provided. There is a logic type SILICON DELAY LINE used in it. With the minimum supply voltage of 2.7V, it is acceptable for it to operate. The 1000 family contains a significant amount of 1000.
