Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tube. 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages eliminate the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 2.7V~3.6V. This type of mounting is based on the Surface Mount technique. The operating temperature is 0°C~70°C. Taps and steps are configured with 1. Many related parts with the same base part number DS1033 are universally preferred. Terminals are located at DUAL.
