For cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. Using the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. Reliable performance is ensured by the supply voltage of 2.7V~3.6V. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. It operates at a temperature of 0°C~70°C. Taps and steps are configured with 1.
