DS1023S-500+ Overview


In order to minimize costs, Tube is used to package it. In applications requiring additional insulation, the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package can be used instead. Reliable performance is ensured by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. It is mounted using the Surface Mount technique. This device has an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C. The taps/steps are configured with 256. The use of multiple related parts with the same base part number DS1023 is universally preferred for a wide variety of applications. There are two terminals at DUAL. It is equipped with 16 terminations for unique configuration. When the device is operating, the supply voltage of 5V is provided. It uses SILICON DELAY LINE as a logic type. A state-of-the-art CMOS technology is used in its development. This category offers all the benefits of the subcategory of Delay Lines.
