DS1023S-25/T&R Overview
A cost-effective package is used by using Tape & Reel (TR). 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages eliminate the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. This is due to the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, which ensures reliable performance. As a mounting method, the technique Surface Mount is used. The device features an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C. Taps and steps are configured with 256. Many related parts with the same base part number DS1023 are universally preferred. An arrangement of 16 pins is used in its design. Its supplier device package is 16-SOIC. For specific applications, the supply voltage is 5V. It is recommended to keep the maximum operating temperature at 70°C in order to ensure optimum performance. Ideally, the minimum operating temperature should be maintained at 0°C. A maximum supply voltage of 5.25V is supported. It is compatible with a minimum supply voltage of 4.75V.
