DS1023S-200+T&R Overview
In order to minimize costs, Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it. With the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. It is mounted using the Surface Mount technique. It features 0°C~70°C operating temperature. It is configured with 256 taps/steps. The use of multiple related parts with the same base part number DS1023 is universally preferred for a wide variety of applications. It is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. An arrangement of 16 pins is used in its design. The supplier device package is 16-SOIC. For certain applications, the device operates with a supply voltage of 5V. Maintaining a maximum operating temperature of 70°C will ensure that the system runs optimally. The minimum operating temperature should be maintained at 0°C to ensure optimal performance. It is compatible with a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V. As a minimum supply voltage, it supports 4.75V.
