DS1023S-100+ Overview


It is packaged using Tube for cost-effectiveness. The 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. As a result of the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, reliable performance is possible. As a mounting technique, Surface Mount has been used. It features 0°C~70°C operating temperature. A 256 tap/step configuration is provided. For a variety of applications, it is universally preferred to use parts with the same base part number DS1023. A terminal is located at DUAL. Several terminations are provided for unique configurations, including a 16 termination. During operation, 5V is provided with a supply voltage. It uses SILICON DELAY LINE as a logic type. It was developed using advanced CMOS technology. It provides all of the advantages associated with the subcategory of Delay Lines. Mounted in the way of Surface Mount.
