DS1023S-100 Overview
In order to minimize costs, Tube is used to package it. Using the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. The operating temperature of this unit is 0°C~70°C. A 256 tap/step configuration is provided. There are numerous related parts with the same base part number DS1023 that are universally preferred by a wide range of applications. DUAL is the position of the terminals. For a unique configuration, it is equipped with 16 terminations. The supply voltage of 5V is provided when operating. There is a logic type SILICON DELAY LINE used in it. As a result of the advanced CMOS technology, it was developed. The subcategory Delay Lines provides all the benefits of the subcategory.
