DS1021S-25/T&R Overview
A cost-effective package is used by using Tape & Reel (TR). 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages eliminate the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. This is due to the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, which ensures reliable performance. It is mounted using the Surface Mount technique. The operating temperature is 0°C~70°C. Taps and steps are configured with 256. For a wide range of applications, related parts with the same base part number DS1021 are universally preferred. A Surface Mount mounting is used. The supplier device package is 16-SOIC. In certain applications, it is operated with a supply voltage of 5V. A temperature of 70°C should be maintained at the maximum operating level to ensure optimum performance. A minimum operating temperature of 0°C is necessary to ensure optimal performance. A maximum supply voltage of 5.25V is supported. It is compatible with a minimum supply voltage of 4.75V.
