DS1021S-25 Overview


Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tube. With the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, additional insulation hardware is no longer required. The supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V makes reliable performance possible. This type of mounting is based on the Surface Mount technique. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of 0°C~70°C. The device has been configured with 256 taps and steps. Many related parts with the same base part number DS1021 are universally preferred. Terminals are located at DUAL. As part of its unique configuration, it is equipped with 16 terminations. When the device is operating, the supply voltage of 5V is provided. Its logic type is SILICON DELAY LINE. As a result of the advanced CMOS technology, it was developed. This category provides all the benefits of the subcategory Delay Lines. A supply voltage of 4.75V is sufficient for it to operate.
