For cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tape & Reel (TR). The 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. This is due to the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, which ensures reliable performance. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. The device features an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C. Taps and steps are configured with 256. It has been found that a number of related parts with the same base part number DS1020 are universally preferred for a variety of applications. At DUAL are the terminals. The system is equipped with 16 terminations for a unique configuration. An operating voltage of 5V is applied to the device when it is in operation.
