DS1020S-50 Overview


It is packaged using Tube for cost-effectiveness. The 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. The supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V makes reliable performance possible. As the mounting method, the Surface Mount technique is used. This device has an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C. As a result, it is configured with 256 taps/steps. It is placed at DUAL where the terminals are located. A unique configuration is possible with the 16 terminations. When the device is operating, the supply voltage of 5V is provided. A logic type of SILICON DELAY LINE is used. Developed on the basis of advanced CMOS technology. It can operate with a minimum supply voltage of 4.75V. Using a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V is acceptable for it to operate. In the family of CMOS, this is an important active component.
