DS1020S-50+ Overview
In order to minimize costs, Tube is used to package it. By utilizing the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, applications do not require additional insulating hardware. Reliable performance is ensured by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As the mounting method, the Surface Mount technique is used. It features 0°C~70°C operating temperature. It is configured with 256 taps/steps. It has been found that a number of related parts with the same base part number DS1020 are universally preferred for a variety of applications. DUAL is the location of the terminals. The system is equipped with 16 terminations for a unique configuration. When operating, 5V receives a supply voltage. There is a logic type SILICON DELAY LINE used in it. Based on advanced CMOS technology, it has been developed. All benefits of the subcategory of Delay Lines are provided by this product.
