DS1020S-25 Overview
The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Tube. With the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. This is due to the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, which ensures reliable performance. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. The operating temperature of this unit is 0°C~70°C. 256 taps/steps are configured. A terminal is located at DUAL. As part of its unique configuration, it is equipped with 16 terminations. During operation, 5V is provided with a supply voltage. It is logically typed as SILICON DELAY LINE. Based on advanced CMOS technology, it has been developed. It is acceptable for it to operate with the minimum supply voltage of 4.75V. Providing a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V is acceptable. It is a key active component of the CMOS family.
