DS1020S-25 Overview


A cost-effective package is used by using Tube. With the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. Providing reliable performance is made possible by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. It is mounted using the technique of Surface Mount. It features 0°C~70°C operating temperature. As a result, it is configured with 256 taps/steps. In a wide range of applications, parts with the same base part number DS1020 are universally preferred. The device is placed at the location of the terminals at DUAL. The terminations are provided with 16 for a unique configuration. During operation, 5V is supplied with a voltage. Its logic type is SILICON DELAY LINE. Based on advanced CMOS technology, it has been developed. It provides all benefits of the subcategory of Delay Lines. It is acceptable for it to operate with the minimum supply voltage of 4.75V. Using the maximum supply voltage of 5.25V is acceptable for it to operate. In order to ensure flexible operation, 5V is equipped with a power supply. An arrangement of 16 pins is used in its design. The compound is a key component of the CMOS family.
