DS1020S-15 Overview


In order to ensure cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. With the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. Providing reliable performance is made possible by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As a mounting technique, Surface Mount has been used. The operating temperature is 0°C~70°C. 256 taps/steps are configured. The use of multiple related parts with the same base part number DS1020 is universally preferred for a wide variety of applications. It is placed at DUAL where the terminals are located. As part of its unique configuration, it is equipped with 16 terminations. When operating, 5V receives a supply voltage. A logic type of SILICON DELAY LINE is used. This technology was developed due to the advancement in CMOS technology. The subcategory Delay Lines provides all the benefits of the subcategory.
