DS1020S-15 Overview
In order to ensure cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. With the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. Providing reliable performance is made possible by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As a mounting technique, Surface Mount has been used. The use of multiple related parts with the same base part number DS1020 is universally preferred for a wide variety of applications. It is placed at DUAL where the terminals are located.
