DS1020S-100+T Overview


The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Tape & Reel (TR). With the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. It is possible to achieve reliable performance with 4.75V~5.25V due to the supply voltage. The technique of Surface Mount is employed as its mounting type. The operating temperature is 0°C~70°C. It is configured with 256 taps/steps. For a wide range of applications, related parts with the same base part number DS1020 are universally preferred. There are two terminals at DUAL. Several terminations are provided for unique configurations, including a 16 termination. When the device is operating, the supply voltage of 5V is provided. SILICON DELAY LINE is used as its logic type. This technology was developed as a result of the advanced CMOS technology. This category offers all the benefits of the subcategory of Delay Lines. If the minimum supply voltage is 4.75V, it is acceptable for it to operate. Providing a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V is acceptable. It is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.
