DS1020S-100+T Overview
The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Tape & Reel (TR). With the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. It is possible to achieve reliable performance with 4.75V~5.25V due to the supply voltage. The technique of Surface Mount is employed as its mounting type. The operating temperature is 0°C~70°C. It is configured with 256 taps/steps. For a wide range of applications, related parts with the same base part number DS1020 are universally preferred. There are two terminals at DUAL. Several terminations are provided for unique configurations, including a 16 termination. When the device is operating, the supply voltage of 5V is provided. SILICON DELAY LINE is used as its logic type. This technology was developed as a result of the advanced CMOS technology. This category offers all the benefits of the subcategory of Delay Lines.
