DS1020S-100 Overview
Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tube. In applications requiring insulating hardware, the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is able to eliminate the need for this. This is due to the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, which ensures reliable performance. In order to mount this device, the technique of Surface Mount is used. In addition, it is equipped with 0°C~70°C operating temperature. The device has been configured with 256 taps and steps. The terminals are placed at DUAL. For a unique configuration, it is equipped with 16 terminations. In order to operate, a voltage supply of 5V is provided. There is a logic type SILICON DELAY LINE used in it. It is developed based on the advanced CMOS technology. It is acceptable for it to operate with the minimum supply voltage of 4.75V. If the maximum supply voltage is 5.25V, the system should be able to operate. The compound is a key component of the CMOS/TTL family.
