DS1020S-100 Overview


It is packaged using Tube for cost-effectiveness. The 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. In order to mount this device, the technique of Surface Mount is used. It operates at a temperature of 0°C~70°C. As a result, it is configured with 256 taps/steps. Many related parts with the same base part number DS1020 are universally preferred. DUAL is the position of the terminals. For unique configurations, it is equipped with 16 terminations. An operating voltage of 5V is applied to the device when it is in operation. Its logic type is SILICON DELAY LINE. This technology was developed due to the advancement in CMOS technology. It provides all of the advantages associated with the subcategory of Delay Lines.
