DS1020-50 Overview


In order to minimize costs, Tube is used to package it. In applications requiring insulating hardware, the 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is able to eliminate the need for this. The supply voltage of 5V ensures reliable performance. It is mounted using the technique of Through Hole. A 256 tap/step configuration is provided. It is placed at DUAL where the terminals are located. The terminations are provided with 16 for a unique configuration. When the device is operating, it is supplied with a voltage of 5V. It uses SILICON DELAY LINE as a logic type. Based on the advanced CMOS technology, it is developed. The minimum supply voltage of 4.75V is acceptable for it to operate. Using a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V is acceptable for it to operate. It is a key active component of the family of CMOS.
