DS1020-200 Overview


Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tube. 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) packages eliminate the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. As a result of the supply voltage of 5V, reliable performance is possible. In order to mount this device, the technique of Through Hole is used. 256 taps/steps are configured. Terminals are located at DUAL. Several terminations are provided for unique configurations, including a 16 termination. An operating voltage of 5V is applied to the device when it is in operation. A logic type of SILICON DELAY LINE is used. It was developed using advanced CMOS technology. A supply voltage of 4.75V is sufficient for it to operate. Using the maximum supply voltage of 5.25V is acceptable for it to operate. This is one of the key active components of the CMOS family of compounds.
