DS1020-15 Overview


The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Tube. In applications requiring additional insulation, the 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package can be used instead. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As its mounting type, Through Hole is used. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of 0°C~70°C. There are 256 taps and steps configured for it. It is placed at DUAL where the terminals are located. For unique configurations, it is equipped with 16 terminations. During operation, 5V is provided with a supply voltage. As a logic type, it uses SILICON DELAY LINE. Based on the advanced CMOS technology, it has been developed. It can operate with a minimum supply voltage of 4.75V. Using a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V is acceptable for it to operate. This is one of the key active components of the CMOS family of compounds.
