DS1020-15 Overview


In order to minimize costs, Tube is used to package it. Using the 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package eliminates the need to install additional insulating hardware in the application. As a result of the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, reliable performance is possible. As a mounting method, the technique Through Hole is used. It features 0°C~70°C operating temperature.
