DS1020-100 Overview


For cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. By using the 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As a mounting technique, Through Hole has been used. It operates at a temperature of 0°C~70°C. The device is configured with 256 taps/steps. For a variety of applications, it is universally preferred to use parts with the same base part number DS1020. It is placed at DUAL where the terminals are located. For unique configurations, it is equipped with 16 terminations. When operating, 5V receives a supply voltage. It uses SILICON DELAY LINE as a logic type. Based on the advanced CMOS technology, it is developed. This category provides all the benefits of the subcategory Delay Lines. A supply voltage of 4.75V is sufficient for it to operate. With a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V, it is acceptable to operate it. Through Hole is mounted in the way.
