The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Tube. In applications requiring additional insulation, the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package can be used instead. Reliable performance is ensured by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. In order to mount this device, the technique of Surface Mount is used. In addition, it is equipped with 0°C~70°C operating temperature. As configured, it has taps and steps of 1. For a wide range of applications, related parts with the same base part number DS1013 are universally preferred. The terminals are placed at DUAL.
