DS1013S-60/T&R Overview
The product is packaged using Tape & Reel (TR) in order to maximize its cost-effectiveness. Using the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. Providing reliable performance requires a voltage supply of 4.75V~5.25V. In order to mount this device, the technique of Surface Mount is used. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of 0°C~70°C. A number of related parts with the same base part number DS1013 are universally preferred for a wide range of applications. Mounted in the direction of Surface Mount. It is designed with the arrangement of 16 pins. There is a supplier device package 16-SOIC associated with it. The maximum operating temperature should be maintained at 70°C in order to ensure optimal performance.
