DS1013S-50/T&R Overview
In order to minimize costs, Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it. In applications requiring additional insulation, the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package can be used instead. In order to ensure reliable performance, 4.75V~5.25V is supplied with a voltage. It is mounted using the technique of Surface Mount. It features 0°C~70°C operating temperature. A number of related parts with the same base part number DS1013 are universally preferred for a wide range of applications. There is a mounting in the way of Surface Mount. This device is designed with 16 pins arrangement. A supplier device package is provided by 16-SOIC. The maximum operating temperature should be kept at 70°C to ensure noemal operation. As a rule, the minimum operating temperature should be kept at 0°C in order to ensure optimal performance. The maximum supply voltage supported is 5.25V. As a minimum supply voltage, it supports 4.75V.
